This submission comes from my friend somitomi - on neocities, on tumblr. This "Popeye Ann" is inspired by my Pepper Ann write-up, specifically the big muscles Pepper Ann has in the "Pimple Ann" gif. Go and check out somitomi's other art, especially if you're a fan of Daria!
